Evan, Mark, Ryan and special guest Bryan get you schooled on making a great charcuterie board so guests are never disappointed.  Bryan certainly drops knowledge on how to best pair meats, cheeses, and accoutrements with our beers while we crack a Side Project La Ruche.  Then we dip into the "milkshake" IPA style where Tired Hands are the leaders and others follow suit such as Bearded Iris Brewing "Mood Ring".  We also enjoy breaking down a blind taste test provided by Ryan.  Beyond that, we talk local beer projects and events such as the new Bearded Owl release just in time for St. Patrick's Day.  Thanks again to Bryan for his input and we look forward to next time when we interview Dan on his experience at the recent Great Michigan Beer Festival in Grand Rapids.  Cheers from P+P!!
