On our pilot episode we spend much of our precious beer time tasting and talking about some great bourbons. We cover using a french press to create your own pastry stout. Finally we taste one of the pastry stouts from Angry Chair Brewing, Imperial German Chocolate Coffee Cupcake stout. Shout outs to some local establishments here in Peoria include Whiskey City Architectural Salvage, Bearded Owl Brewing, and Industry Brewing.
